I am a paradigm shifter: I break things down, before I build them up again! I solve problems + design human centered innovation systems, by merging my backgrounds in art, management, globalisation and development; to build macro & micro systems for leaders, corporations, governments, and grassroots frameworks. 
 Risk averse is not be the term to describe me – I have lived and worked in 5 continents, and I am looking for the next opportunity to expand my horizons even further. Superpowers Include: understanding a plethora of fields + their points of intersection; knowledge of the larger ecosystem that individual companies & solutions exist in; and determining points of leverage — locating the smallest change that will make the biggest impact. I have led distributed teams across 3 continents, 10 countries and 20 cities in my capacity as the youngest C-suite executive in two companies; namely as Chief Innovation Officer of Baobab Consulting (Africa focused consulting firm), and Chief Strategy Officer of a Silicon Valley start-up, Jara (invented IoT EdTech hardware). Advisory I lend my advisory expertise to international organisations that are leveraging innovation and investments, to build equitable systems. In this capacity, I serve as the Vice-Chair of the Board for One Planet Tours, the Chief Strategic Advisor of Jara, and Advisor for the Roddenberry Fdtn (🖖🏾). Speaking I share my expertise as a speaker, and I have spoken to audiences of over 10,000 for organisations including the African Union, United Nations, Clinton Foundation, MTN, Enactus, Garage48 etc. Subjects include - inclusive innovation, globalisation & localisation, protopian futures, the experience economy, equitable future of art and design, and innovation systems design to name a few. Recognition My work has earned recognition from Forbes, the Clinton Global Initiative, Cisco, African Women Leaders Network, the African Union, UNLEASH SDG Innovation Lab, the Resolution Project, and counting.
