My name is André Skepple and I’m the Founder & CEO of a London-based EdTech company called FullSpektrum Ltd. We specialise in providing digital products and transformation solutions for Education, Health & Social Care (EHC) services in the public and private sector. Our company's focus is to transform local services attributed to the statutory management of Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND) and alternative provision in local authorities, schools, clinics and at home. By ‘Empowering all to achieve’, our mission is to improve quality of life and access to opportunities for those normally left behind. In the UK, more than 1.37m children and young people currently face extensive waiting times to receive additional learning support provided by an EHC plan and remain in education without adequate resources, in addition to widening disparities in their learning and development. Our platform intends to optimise SEND referral, assessment, review and co-production workflows, as well as avoid tribunal disputes whilst helping LA’s, clinics, private practices, schools and Multi-Academy Trusts across the UK and beyond to improve all EHC-focused outcomes and optimise procedural and financial efficiencies regarding statutory timescales, provision mapping and budgetary allocations. FullSpektrum enables all users and partnering stakeholders within each local EHC ecosystem to have democratised, yet secure access to integrated support profiles, intuitively managing the needs, progression and outcomes of children and young people with SEND.
