I have 16 years of HR & Executive Recruiting experience in the hospitality industry. Career Highlight: As a Director of HR, I helped open 21 restaurants at one time and hired 300 people in 3 months for the Jet Blue terminal at JFK airport. Can you imagine I lived to tell that story 😳 After having my daughter, 10 years ago, I transitioned in to Executive Recruiting for one of the top Hospitality Recruiting firms in the country (Amy Falbaum & Associates).
