However, my research path took me all the way to the 1800’s. I was able to successfully find the seller & information needed to help client. I found out seller was a New Orleans, LA, native, parents, siblings & all 3 of his children were deceased. However, found his granddaughter & great grandson, which allowed my Client to successfully wholesale the land & made some 💰💴💸. Research goes hand in hand to Wholesaling Real Estate 🏠🏠 and it made perfect sense for me to get involved.
