Founder of the Sistah Girls Book Club, a book club for Black women who enjoy reading books by Black authors. We use digital & social media to bring authors and readers together. The SGBC hosts Behind the Pen, a Black indie author signing that takes place in NYC. For two years we’ve hosted 20 Black indie authors in NYC and had over 200 guests attend each year. Host: The Sistah Girls Podcast (On Apple & Spotify) Using social media, I help brands and small business owners create a digital foot print that speaks to their audience. Marketing: I help Black indie authors create social media marketing plans ✍🏾Freelance Music & Lifestyle writer. Media Instructor at the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture for the Junior Scholars Program.
