After a horrible dog attack that lead to my little fur baby terrier was attacked and killed it sparked something in me to stop eating meat. 😔 I also learned the truth about how horrible animals are treated in the food industry and all the propaganda behind it. 😡 I am a new Vegan as of January 2022. 🌱 My goal is to go back to college to obtain a degree in Holistic Nutrition to educate others. I created the recipes for low carb sugar free Bagels, Cookies, Sweet Loaves, and more, including a Baking Mix line. We shipped our products to customers Nationwide and in two stores in California. I’ve been working on developing some healthy Vegan recipes. I’m converting the keto recipes I created for my bakery that I closed last year and making them into healthy Vegan treats. 😊 I am grateful for the lessons learned during that time and God blessed me with a wealth of knowledge, including Recipe Development. But I am even more grateful and happier to leave that lifestyle as I can feel my body started rejecting it, but I was too far into it and did not want to disappoint my customers and their families. 🙏 After the death of Leona my little fur baby and seeing her killed right before my eyes, I no longer am on the Ketogenic diet and have transitioned into an amazing Vegan lifestyle which is healing me mind, body and soul. 🙌🏽 Once I have learned the truth on how the industry treat animals I no longer want to be a part of the problem or that system.
