Coach for entrepreneurial nonprofit and services industries leaders 🙂 I've been a leader in 5 nonprofit agencies and started two of them. The largest revenue year was $6 million. I have 11 children. My 8 foster sons speak Khmer or Vietnamese. My husband is Vietnamese American I Coach leadership teams to get four payrolls of cash in the bank, sustainable surplus of 2%, and measurable social impact. I'm a certified Scaling Up Coach using the Scaling Up Performance Platform, have the MBA, and certified in 2018 as a Management Accountant. I coordinate the Social Sector for the Gazelles Scaling Up Coaching organization. I enjoy getting to know practitioners and Academics in the Nonprofit/Social Sector.
