When she was introduced to PQ Spring, 2020 she was skeptical. Then a few weeks in, while watching a video of Shirzad, she noticed how critical she was of what he was saying. This moment stunned her. She noticed how judgmental she could be to others, situations, and herself. From that insight she realized how valuable the PQ Practice would be to her. Since then, she completed the initial six-month training, achieved PQ certification, and participated in the first PQ Mastery program.
