I don't adhere to a single ideology and always avoid arrogance. Instead, I aim for genuine compassion, empathy, and consideration for all. I strongly believe in and incorporate scientific knowledge into my daily life, but I also have personal experiences with and trust in Ayurveda and Naturopathy. I believe in taking a holistic approach and strive to avoid biases.
