63 yo diagnosed within last year with bipolar 2. The last 40 years misdiagnosed with MDD. The new journey has been exciting until I crashed for a couple of months. I'm thankful for my mood stabilizers, keeps me from being suicidal. I'm working with my therapist. I also suffer from social anxiety. Sorry, having a hard time focusing.
