I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of TX, GA, and NJ. I work with Black and Brown females assisting them in creating self-identities, I help my clients work through life adjustments, and I treat athletes and other high-profile clients as needed. I am trained in Neuro 🧠 and Hypnotherapies as well as trained in treating Highly Sensitive Persons (HSP). I am the host of podcast, 🎧🎙itsALLMental and founder of GlassSeats, a non-profit for Black and Brown teen girls I have been featured in several publications and on tv. Spreading mental health awareness on a global scale is what I do.
