She became a Practice Development Assessor in 2002 working with Trainee Probation Officers studying on the Bsc Community Justice programme. Pam has been a guest lecturer at Hertfordshire University and the University of East London. She has previously sat on the Probation Studies examination board. Pam retired from her role as a Senior Probation Officer in 2018. Awards- Winner of a Lift Effects Star Award June 2017 for her services in the Criminal Justice System. Recipient of the Powerhouse Global Award for Author of Year in 2018. A Black Excellence Author of Colour Award 2018. Shortlisted for a BLAC award for Best Writer 2020. Powerhouse Global Women's Award Winner 2022. Baton Award finalist 2022 Pam's debut novel Loving The Brothers was published on 8th January 2018. She had her book launches in London, Dublin and Barbados. On 8th March 2021 International Women’s Day, Pam launched her Author 2 Author Podcast.
