She began her career with Grandbridge as a production analyst in 2004. Niki spent the last 10 years at Walker & Dunlop as a senior analyst and most recently as an associate director. She’s analyzed and underwritten 500 deals totaling $8.65 billion over the course of her career and has acquired the skillset to successfully originate, market and close commercial loans. During Niki’s tenure with Walker & Dunlop she was nominated to join the company’s LEAD program. LEAD aims to recruit 10 respected team members who demonstrate leadership, engagement, ability and drive. As a result, Niki was instrumental in forming Walker & Dunlop’s ESG criteria and their corporate Go Green initiative. She served as committee chair of the company’s Green Taskforce, whom achieved and has sustained carbon neutrality for Walker & Dunlop since 2017. Today, Niki serves as Vice President for Grandbridge’s South Florida regional office. She provides financing solutions for clients seeking to develop, refinance or acquire commercial property across all asset and product types. Niki is an efficient, detail-oriented manager with a deep understanding of property operations and lending platforms. She adheres to an honest, customer-focused approach that fosters quality work product and certainty of execution. When Niki is not underwriting deals, she enjoys MMA, writing, and giving back to the community. Niki is a published writer who graduated magna cum laude from Florida Atlantic University. She earned a bachelor of arts in literature with a creative writing focus. She actively volunteers her spare time to charities like the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Habitat for Humanity. Niki has also partnered with Project Destined in the past.
