Neil is the founder of the Be The Change Cooperative, a collective a change agents developing ‘solidarity cooperatives’, purpose-driven neighborhood-serving buildings that are designed, governed and owned by local communities. He is also establishing a network of donors committed to providing bridge loans to these solidarity cooperatives.
