Neelima Parasker has a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Master’s Degree in Computer Science, and Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification. Neelima is the Owner, President and Chief Executive Officer of SnapIT SolutionsTM, LLC, an innovative technology services and solutions company with a mission to unleash our collective human potential to deliver innovative world-class technology solutions. SnapIT has capabilities in IT Managed Services, Data Analytics, IT Security, Cloud, DevOps and has the technical expertise in disruptive technologies such as AI, ML, Blockchain, IoT and AR/VR. Neelima founded SnapIT Solutions in 2015 with a mission to Empower Communities and Create Opportunities in technology and engineering. Neelima is a Board Member of KansasWorks State Workforce Board, a review board and change agent empowered with the responsibility of making recommendations to the Governor and to state agencies to align workforce development with the state’s economic development needs. Neelima is an inaugural Innovator in Residence with the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation. She additionally serves on the Community Development Advisory Council at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, is an official member of the Kansas City Business Journal Leadership Trust, a Partner and Council Member of The Digital Economist, and volunteer Board Member of the YMCA of Greater Kansas. Neelima is the recipient of numerous awards, including the prestigious National Award as ‘Enterprising Women of the Year’ Award in 2020, ‘Most Inspirational Women in Tech’ by Insights Success in 2019, Women’s Business Development Center ‘Rising Star Award’ 2019, Kansas City Business Journal for ‘Women Who Mean Business’ in 2018 and ‘Kansas City’s NextGen Leader Award’ in 2017, ‘Technology All Star’ National Award’ in STEM from Career Communications Group, Inc. and WOC Magazine for her contributions to STEM fields in 2015.
