My life path, and purpose, changed suddenly on August 7, 2016, when my loving, smart & witty 21 year son Alex died by suicide. It has not been easy, but I have since picked up the leftover pieces of my shattered heart and rebuilt my life- a life where happiness coexists, right alongside my loss. As a Certified Master Grief Companion, my mission is to help other grieving parents find the tools within themselves to rebuild their own shattered life.
