I work in variety of mediums (photography, encaustic, mixed media, illustrations, printmaking etc) with a personal art practice that focuses on the health and wellbeing benefits of creativity.​ ​ My initial foray into creativity involved the use of photography. It became a tool to balance the demands of my previous career as a Critical Care RN, with the need for self care. Of recent, my multi-disciplinary creativity practice has become a way to cope with the challenges of living with an Acquired and Disabling Brain Injury I fondly refers to as "Bertha". ​ Bertha and I hope you enjoy our shared works.
