Hands down the craziest thing I ever done! I donated my belongings, sold my co-op, and moved across the country with my wife and kids. I spent the last 17 years building e-commerce websites. I LOVE to cook. My son was diagnosed with eosinophilic esophagitis (eoe). I make 98% of his meals and snacks from scratch.
