Hi everyone, I'm very happy to meet you all and share this journey of self discovery and learning with like minded souls. I've been interested in spiritual development for a solid 20 years now following a toxic relationship break up and a severe lack or self worth and self confidence. I then decided to paint my own canvas and create a picture of me and my life that was grounded in self love and understanding. I've been drawn to supporting job roles for many years and have found that this has enabled me to grow personally while helping others. I have studied Reiki, Hypnosis, NLP and have read a zillion self help books and listened to many talks along the way. Each avenue seems to add another part of my personal jigsaw 😁🙏 I now work for a domestic abuse charity and have worked in behaviour change and victim support roles for over 8 years. People intrigue me, human nature intrigues me, trying to understand myself and my own shadow has mystified me at times but I'm addicted to the journey. So, with an open mind and a kind and open heart, I'm very grateful to join you all. 😁🙏♥️
