Am in another season in my life where am going through my Mental Health challenges, Even thought I isolate am doing a lot of research on very important topics on line, I love to learn then help/educate others in the community. I Happy that I found this club house. The plan is for me to start participating in some of the storytelling groups and start getting support from other strong women because even though I don’t feel strong or can’t even see the woman I was 8 years ago. My truth is that I am a warrior, I understand my story, today am not a victim. What I have been a very resilient and proud strong Latina woman. Most of my educational background are in social services, Advocating for consumers some in Recovery/Dual Diagnosed programs working with a team created a Training Module for women to learn about Themselves various topics about The Reproductive System Structure and Function and many other topics Self Love Domestic violence/ HIV/AIDS/Self Care. Case Manager, HIV Counselor, Substance Use Counseling, Health Educator/Harm Reduction and various ways to Recovery. Hace tiempo no veo esa mujer me siento perdida vacía y no es que no crea en Dios pero mis químicos están fuera de balance y no soy una víctima soy una sobreviviente desde muy joven y a prendido mucho y me han pasado cosas como a todos buenas y malas. Más malas que buenas pero yo se que soy una mujer inteligente con muchas bendiciones de Dios para ayudar a otros eso siempre me hacia Feliz, pero ya esos tiempos pasaron ahora necesito apoyo de otros y no hay nadie y no me tengo lastima estoy buscando ayuda y por eso me hice miembra de unos grupos de apoyo y yo se que la parte espiritual me entra cuando se me valla aclarando la mente. Y cuando llegue a ese punto yo pienso que voy a volver a reír y bromear, Karaoke, bailar, yoga, charkas, cristales, hacer arts & crafts soy Fashonista y seguir aprendiendo y apoyando a las mujeres y estoy interesada en tener un Boutique en línea Y Soy muy Orgullosa de Ser Latina De La Isla Del Encanto Puerto Rico WEPA!
