Non-Profit Director | Theater Enthusiast |🤘🏾PHI BETA SIGMA 1914 Dedicated to arts and culture as essential to a community’s quality of life, Kristopher Jackson has embraced and shared his passion for the Arts with and within the Beaches community, both as a volunteer and as a professional. Mr. Jackson has had the pleasure of volunteering at Players by the Sea, Jacksonville Beach’s premier community theatre, in several capacities over the years. As Director of the New Voices program, he assured that new, local playwrights had a vehicle for script mentoring, and full staging of their plays. Mr. Jackson also served as Volunteer Coordinator and Special Events Coordinator, before he was recruited to serve as a Board Member-at-Large. Mr. Jackson currently serves as Board President and Interim Managing Director at Players by the Sea.  With a passion for both music and musical theatre, Mr. Jackson has directed and produced several large-scale shows.  He made his directorial debut with Players by the Sea’s critically acclaimed production of “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat,” featuring over 30 area adults and children. Mr. Jackson has served as a Music Producer, Artist and Repertoire Director, and Artist Brand Manager. He has been seen performing and singing onstage, as well as working extensively offstage on creative teams.
