I am an author, speaker, and professor pf African American Studies for 25+ years. I teach my clients how to address and eliminate invisible racism in their business to increase productivity, improve their brand, and create employee loyalty. My latest book, The White People Show: How to Understand Racism and Still Be Wrong About It, became an Amazon top seller in its category. The purpose of the book is to bring clarity to the subject of racism which has become confusing over the last three decades. Additionally, my ex-wife, Janice Kenyatta and I coauthor the book Black Folk’s Hair: Secrets, Shame, & Liberation. I am also the author of the book, The 7 Most Dangerous Pitfalls Threatening Your College Success and How to Avoid Them, to help students especially black students successfully navigate the college environment from a professor’s perspective.
