On Sat, January 9,2021 at approximately 4:35am, Xzavier Hill was murdered by two Virginia State police officers in Goochland County,VA, he was only 18 years of age. A multi-jurisdictional grand jury unanimously came to a determination the troopers were justified in using deadly force. This investigation was overseen by Goochland Commonwealth’s Attorney D. Michael Caudill, who was also a former state trooper. The Virginia NAACP has now called upon Attorney General Mark Herring to assign a special DA to look into Xzavier’s case.
