Special expertise in early Greek thought, Plato, Aristotle, Stoicism, Locke, Kant, Rand, philosophy of science, philosophy of biology, and philosophy of religion/theology. I have also taught a lot of ethics and metaphysics. I have interests in other areas of philosophy, psychology/psychotherapy, history, comparative mythology, biblical criticism, and poetry. I geek out on improv, comic books, scifi/fantasy, D&D / RPGs, tabletop games, and miniatures among other things.
