I am the CEO and Co-Founder of Coast 2 Coast Mycology and Founder of Gomu Garden Supply. I'm a devoted yogi and student of mindfulness since 2006. In 2015, I discovered plant medicine and began my own personal healing journey incorporating psychotherapy, men’s work, micro-dosing, embodiment practices, and the deep study of philosophy, archetypes, and the neurobiology of optimal states of consciousness (“Flow”). With wisdom acquired from my own personal development work and diverse professional experience, my greatest passion is empowering clients to access Flow to enable peak performance, increase motivation, productivity, creativity, and overall life satisfaction.
