CEO of The FALLS Adventure (Family And Leadership Life Skills), a 504 C3 Nonprofit established in 1995 in Lakeland, Fl. using experiential (hands on) and adventure (ropes course) learning strategies/principles to influence High Performance and Positive Change for businesses, organizations, schools, families and other clients. BA in Psychology, formerly an Officer in the 82nd Airborne Division, Army Ranger, Jump Master, British Jump Wings, 20 years as a corporate executive and 18 years Special Ed teacher with two additional certifications. Also certified In Realty Therapy based on Glasser’s Choice Theory. Funded by paying clients, The FALLS serves the underserved families: Of poverty, Learning Disabled (504 & IEP). Behaviorally & Socially Challenged, those Associated with Incarnations, and Veterans and their families. All Leadership Principals, Interventions and Structures are Christ-based, common sense & extremely effective! Corporate and other team-building/Leadership workshops are fee based and help fund our work with underserved families and other organizations.
