👤 Bio/Info: I have over 20 years of transactional corporate legal experience. I have a history of negotiating and closing multiple high-value transactions for private equity clients. I have also provided unique representation to various entrepreneurs in all corporate matters, from entity formation to deal and contract negotiations.

In my current role as the sole member of GL Esquire Consulting in Miami, Florida, I provide corporate legal expertise in connection with mergers and acquisitions, startup ventures, equity investments, entity formation, corporate governance, joint ventures, bank finance, and contract negotiation.

I received my law degree in 2001 from the Columbia University School of Law, where I served as the Staff Editor for the Columbia Business Law Review and the Articles Editor for the National Black Law Journal. I earned my undergraduate degree in Economics (with Honors) from Harvard University in 1998. 

I’m very proud to be on the Board of Directors of Guitars Over Guns, a Chicago and Miami-based nonprofit, as well as a member of the Harvard Club of Miami, the Harvard Black Alumni Society, and the Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs.
