I’m a writer of stuff, an editor occasionally, a dreamer, a tinker, a talker and above all an educator. I’m the editor of Black Panther: Tales of Wakanda, and the author of the Black Panther: Who Is the Black Panther? novelization. I’m also a Saturday host of Washington Journal on C-SPAN and a professor at George Washington University. Oh, I also write occasionally for DC Comics. I advise authors of creative nonfiction after years of teaching in the MFA program at Goucher College. I teach journalists who want to write faster and tighter without sacrificing color and flavor. I also write screenplays and scripts, and I still devour comic books like crazy!♋️💜💛
