Lyme Disease for over 40+ years. Every day is a new and different day in the auto-immune world especially during this time. Impostor Syndrome can cause your brain to conjure up fear of judgment, stress, anxiety over invisible diseases. Covid and lock down has been difficult for me and many others who thrive on authentic human interaction.
