J.D. Zomer is the founder and president of Religion Free Ministry as well as an ordained minister, speaker, podcast host, author, educator, serial entrepreneur, USMC veteran and son of the King. His podcast, Jesus Unfiltered Podcast, is ranked regularly in the top 150 in spiritual categories on muliple platforms and has listeners in over 60 countries. He started a facebook group, Religion Free Fellowship, that regularly connects and encourages thousands around the world with the grace message. His new clothing company, Religion Free Clothing, features uniquely creative product designs. J.D. has served in several leadership roles in multiple churches, most recenlty with an urban chruch plant in Dallas, TX. He has started or bought into mulitiple businesses including multiple landscaping/lawn care, an insurance agency, a moving company, a clothing company and several others. For 19 years J.D. has also been a public school educator and coach, coaching over 30 college athletes and earning an Exemplary Teacher designation from TEA for excellence in the classroom. He received his B.A. from Spring Arbor University and M.Div. from Northwest University. J.D. lives in the DFW area with his wife Shea and his son Gavin.
