To take it to the next level I became a student of the Kemetic (Ancient Egyptian) practice of this physical art form! In 2022, I created the concept of InnerSheYoga as a mother and daughter bonding activity to promote health and wellness in our home. It quickly became a social media phenomenon amongst our relatives and friends. To the point we decided to launch it as an official company in 2023! Our wellness system will bring an Afro centric perspective to an ancient knowing about how the human body actually works. As a result, in my mid 50’s; I’m healthier and more vibrant than ever!
