I learned how to: . ✅ focus my vision ✅to offer something of value ✅to always remain authentic . 👉𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧, and not a sprint. . I learned that overworking (and then burning out), is not actually doing my business any favours. . I had to learn to: . ✅pace myself better ✅schedule optimally ✅find my work rhythm early. . 👉 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞. . I eventually found that: . ✅sharing the load with my partner ✅delegating tasks to my team ✅and sharing the ups and downs of the journey with fellow entrepreneurs, helped.
