My main areas of interest are spirituality, men's work, codependency, radical honesty, and the enneagram. I have spent over 35 years in the field of self development and spirituality. I hold meetings, retreats, and 1-1 sessions for people interested in spiritual awakening and human embodiment. I'm the author of The Union of Love and Wisdom and am currently writing my second book, Fully Human Fully Divine. Im a former school teacher and advocate for young people. I volunteer for a charity called A Band of Brothers, which supports vulnerable young men.
