Gail brought together public and private groups Millennium Green’s primary focus was to encourage, promote, institute and recognize the creation of livable communities in all the 50 states in America. She led the White House initiative shepherded by First Lady Hillary Clinton, and was honored at a formal ceremony, December 1999, in Washington, DC.
