Human Experience/Service/System Designer 💫 The next decade is all about experiences...that’s THE distinguishing factor of services (and products, yet they will die quickly without services attached to them) - focusing on CX is great but without designing Employee Experience (EX) too it won’t really work (just remember a waiter who really hates their job serving you in a restaurant - quite likely not your best experience🤷🏻‍♀️). CX+EX=HX 👩🏻‍🏫🎓Educator - been teaching on BSc Management Science, IT & Business, MSc Management at UCL🇬🇧for the last 10 years. Learning Experience Designer bringing HX into education. Teaching “Scenario Weeks” - simulation of workplace for students where teams get a problem a big companies are facing and have to come with a solution. I’m also teaching IT & Entrepreneurship module at University of Business & Economics where I introduce students to Design Thinking and Business Design. Born in Prague🇨🇿, studied Design🎨 in Florence🇮🇹, then Interior Design & Technology & Marketing (as the only one with such combo - well designers need to know how to sell their skills and marketeers how to communicate through design) and International Real Estate & Planning 🌇 in London 🇬🇧.
