Human Experience/Service/System Designer 💫 The next decade is all about experiences...that’s THE distinguishing factor of services (and products, yet they will die quickly without services attached to them) - focusing on CX is great but without designing Employee Experience (EX) too it won’t really work (just remember a waiter who really hates their job serving you in a restaurant - quite likely not your best experience🤷🏻‍♀️). Teaching “Scenario Weeks” - simulation of workplace for students where teams get a problem a big companies are facing and have to come with a solution.
