I work as an International Conference Manager for a CME Provider and PCO. I am responsible for managing the resources of small and large projects either in Italy or abroad. I make sure a project is completed within a certain set of restraints which usually involve time, money, people and materials. Everything must then be completed to a certain level of quality. The basis of our operations and the key to our success is our level of customer satisfaction and we make significant efforts to continually improve our services.
