Subject: Request to Remove Karma Percentage from My Profile – Philosophical and Privacy Objection To whom it may concern, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent "Karma" update and to request the removal of the percentage score from my public profile. My objection is rooted in a fundamental critique of the psychopolitical implications of this feature. By quantifying human interaction and assigning a numerical value to social presence, the platform effectively transforms users into "performance objects." This metric-driven validation system mirrors a dystopian social credit architecture—reminiscent of themes explored in Black Mirror—where an individual's worth is reduced to a "reasonable" or "acceptable" percentage. I find the categorisation and ranking of human beings through algorithmic percentages to be an infringement on the dignity of the individual. I provide the following reasons for my request: * Rejection of Forced Performance: I refuse to participate in a digital environment that demands constant "validation-seeking" behavior to maintain a high score. * Human Rights & Identity: I believe that labelling individuals with a percentage score reduces complex human identities to mere data points, which contradicts the spirit of authentic, free-flowing conversation. * Mental Well-being: Systems that incentivise "likability" through public metrics foster anxiety and suppress genuine expression. I value the conversations on Clubhouse, but I do not wish to be a subject of this quantification. Therefore, I kindly ask that you provide an option to opt-out of the Karma scoring system or manually remove the percentage from my profile. I look forward to hearing how Clubhouse intends to address the concerns of users who prioritise human dignity over digital metrics. Thanks in advance, ÜFE I DON’T NEED TO VALIDATE MY EXISTENCE TO ANYBODY. THE QUESTION IS WHO AM I TO MYSELF? Punching people in the face is illegal, so I pretendedly meditate. It’s no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society. ‘Sözün kısası’ lütfen.
