Lover of wisdom, life coach and keen student and practitioner of Positive Psychology and Vipassana meditation. Also an aspiring (and probably failing) minimalist. I believe in tuning in to our inner compasses to live our lives with purpose and authenticity (existentialism, anyone?), and am trying everyday to be a little more at peace, compassionate and vulnerable with myself and others. Some of the interesting countries I’ve been fortunate to have travelled to or lived in for a while: Mexico, Iran, Russia, Israel, Palestine, India, South Africa, Kazakhstan. Also did bicycle touring in Northeast India for a bit!
