I grew up witnessing how the calves were taken from their mothers and how they would cry for each other. Eventually I was “taken” from my father and I didn’t see him for 7 years. He missed my teenage years. The incident was published in a book called “Comeback Dads” This is why I want to shut down the dairy industry, because it keeps separating mothers from their children.
