👨🏼‍⚕️ Physician and Leadership Coach with personal experience of workplace bullying, burnout and career diversification +++ who coaches professionals going through the same 🙏🏻 📌 I am a British GP (Family Medicine doctor) and lawyer turned medical director, now a leadership and executive coach, with a strong interest in using coaching to help professionals who have been / are being bullied. 📌 As a doctor and ex-medical director, I have experienced first hand the consequences of working within poorly-led, often toxic environments, and this has fuelled my desire to also work with medical leaders and healthcare executives to enable them to promote positive cultures within both their immediate teams and wider organisations. 📌 I am keen to use positive psychology and neuroscience knowledge to underpin my coaching practice wherever possible. 📌 I am married to a surgeon with whom I have two young daughters who keep me very busy outside of work!
