Feeling alone and not being able to talk to anyone about what I was feeling was hard. I had to navigate theses waters alone. Then after giving birth to my second child I suffered severe postpartum depression and found myself alone again trying to figure it out. I did go for therapy but that only helped for the 45min I was in the office.
