I am a part-time writer/blogger former ophthalmic technician and apprentice optician, that was diagnosed with osteoarthritis at age 34 in knees hands and spine, and later the bonus diagnosis of osteonecrosis came after a media meniscus tear in 2014 and have been medically retired. I advocate for arthritis and osteonecrosis.
