Stay Pretty By CLou, was started as a “fresh” start after a journey that took me away from creating full-time to marriage, motherhood and “adulting”. All along, I would continue to create a little here and there. Most of my clients were pointed in my direction by “word of mouth” advertising from long-time customers from my past. I enjoyed every minute and creating their gifts gave me extreme joy. I loved the feeling but was afraid to leap and create full-time like I did in my past due to my new responsibilities. My Grandmother was a fan of my work. And whenever I would leave after visiting, she would say, “Love you. Stay Pretty.” Those words had so manny meanings. It meant, stay humble. Stay sweet. Be a good person. Always stay proud and strong. She was a fan of my work. After she passed away, I decided that I needed to follow my dream. My husband agreed and so my journey began.
