I’m a board certified emergency medicine and obesity medicine physician who founded a precision medical practice in 2018. Precision medicine is a highly personalized, preventive practice of lifestyle, metabolic and integrative medicine. The goal is to prevent or delay the onset of chronic disease for each patient. 

The best medicines: nutrient-dense whole foods, movement, community, sleep, compassion, service, laughter, sunshine, intervals of fasting, gratitude, time in nature, time with pets/animals, and the dissociation of one’s ego 🎯🎯

I trend laboratory biomarkers, body composition/imaging data and wearables (CGM, HRV) with my patients to optimize performance and health(span).

The goal is to reduce inflammation, atherogenic lipoprotein burden, endothelial dysfunction, oxidative stress, intestinal dysbiosis, glycation, insulin resistance, sarcopenia, osteopenia, cognitive decline and immune senescence.
