➡️ Jenny Germano began working in the Colorado Cannabis Industry in 2009 after she transitioned over from working in commercial kitchens for 23 years in the restaurant industry. 

She worked her way from the ground floor through every employee and management position in medical dispensaries to the level of director of operations of a multi-million dollar recreational dispensary and cultivation operation in 2014.  

☑️ In 2015, Jenny founded ICS Consulting Service, a Cannabis Compliance support ancillary business, focusing on closing compliance inefficiencies and gaps, policy and education for licensed operators and new emerging marketplaces. 

➡️ Jenny began her passion for policy and regulatory framework when she was an employee first starting out managing Medical Dispensaries 12 years ago. 

☑️ In 2019 Jenny began her involvement in Colorado Government workgroups and stakeholder meetings through HB1234 - Regulated Delivery. Joining the Science and Policy workgroup in 2020, drafting testing program regulations for 2021, later on becoming co-chair of the Sampling Subcommittee.
