Through the use of assistive technology, advocacy and education, my personal mission is to expand economic, social and employment opportunities for persons with disabilities. I worked as a medical transcriptionist for over 25 years. Politically, I consider myself slightly left of center but am registered independent. I believe in life-long learning and personal growth. Religiously, I consider myself agnostic. I am blind from birth from anophthalmia.
