Hello beautiful people💜! My name is Tracy owner of BodyZenMama™️! I’ve been a massage therapist for 20 years! It’s my passion to help people become aware of their mind, body, & spirit connection. I’ve also taught group fitness classes for 20 years and yoga for 6 years🙏🏼💪🏽💜! I’m a mama to 2 amazing young kiddos 💙💜! Becoming a mama has shifted my perspective and my purpose! After having 2 C-sections and gaining 135 lbs between my 2 pregnancies, I had to learn to heal myself. It has been a roller coaster ride for sure.
