I am dedicated to teaching others how to liberate themselves through food and sharing the abundance of options available in a plant-based lifestyle! With a wealth of experience, I have developed wellness training programs, set up and led kitchen operations, and worked closely with culinary master gardeners to create beautiful seed-to-table recipes that are essential for an exceptional plant-strong culinary experience. I regularly present lectures and demonstrations on health, nutrition, and whole plant-based foods around the country and have been recognized as a thought-leader and trailblazer in the plant-based culinary movement. My passion for culinary excellence has resulted in several victories, including the grand prize winner of the Health Care Culinary contest sponsored by Health Care Without Harm in 2019, the Food Literacy Center Veggie of the Year Chef Champion in 2020, the Food Literacy Center Veggie of the Year Peoples' Choice Award in 2021, and in 2022 one of five lead chefs for the annual Tower Bridge Dinner in Sacramento, California where we fed 850 guests on a bridge.
