I have been in the sanitation hygiene business for over 15 years. We specialise in the deep cleaning of commercial and residential bins specifically to make them safer for public health I have been successful in: 1) Finding the customer first 2) Tailoring a service to them 3) Keeping them long term (I still have customers from my very first day trading) 4) Designing and building what I believe the most efficient & reliable bin cleaning equipment there is 5) Creating efficiency 6) Finding great people to work with I have learnt that customers can become friends, how rewarding this is and how old school, face to face customer contact endures I aim to be a breath of fresh air for my customers; 1) They know we care 2) They can actually speak to us 3) They trust us 4) They know we get the job done to their satisfaction and at the right time I have some investment properties and I also write; I have created a few products (from children's books to a book designed to help you pass your driving test 1st time) but have not managed to successfully finish them all or actually publish any so am actively looking for help or collaborations for these Looking for experienced business people who know more than me that can take me to the next level Willing to help others as I have experience in running a small business (one man band to 2 or 3 employees)
