Es schmeckt großartig und ist Medizin aus dem Garten Gottes 🌿 Ich habe eine kleine Manufaktur in meiner Heimatstadt und braue Jamu Kunyit Asam traditionell, wie es seit 1.600 Jahren in Bali getan wird 👩🏼‍🍳 Übrigens: Ich bin die einzige Gendong (Jamu Brauerin) in Deutschland 🇩🇪 ———————————————— Why they call me "Mrs. Jamu: 4 years ago, I was entrusted with the recipe for a wonderful elixir from Bali 🇮🇩 It's called Jamu Kunyit Asam and the Indonesians call it "Potion of the Gods for Youth, Beauty and Health" with good reason 🧡 Main ingredients are: Turmeric, ginger, tamarind, jaggery and cinnamon.
